As part of its commitment to providing a safe and welcoming campus, the University has established a Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment and Related Misconduct Including Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment, Sexual Violence, Interpersonal Violence and Stalking.  The policy, which is maintained by the Equal Opportunity and Compliance Office, sets forth:

  • the types of behavior prohibited by the policy;
  • the definition of discrimination, harassment, sexual violence, sexual exploitation, interpersonal violence, consent, incapacitation, stalking, complicity, and retaliation; and
  • the University’s procedures for addressing and resolving reports of behaviors prohibited by the policy.
